Lesson Two
Emmet Fox wrote: “You have nothing to deal with but your psyche. Get this right and the money will come.”
It is right and good to treat (pray) for money, but if you desire to be continually prosperous, it is necessary for you to think prosperously all the time. When someone writes and says they want to be prosperous, I will often recommend that they saturated their minds with prospering ideas. I refer them to the many prosperity articles on both of my websites.
The reason I do this is to help them change their minds which have been filled with negative, unproductive thoughts and ideas to being filled with positive, prospering ideas. The reason for this is the Law of Attraction which draws to us whatever our dominate thoughts are. It works both ways so it is of vast important for anyone who desires to prosper to fill his or her mind with prospering ideas.
You really cannot afford to allow yourself to think on anything less. The quality of your financial life is in direct proportion to the quality of your thoughts. You may know the quality of your thinking by the quality of your life.
One of the best ways to upgrade the quality of your thinking is to spend more time in quiet meditation in which you focus the great energy of your mind on the vast, unlimited abundance of spiritual Substance. In other words, Practice the Presence of God within as infinite wealth if you truly desire to enjoy a wealthier life-style.
Understand that your financial condition does not depend on people or things outside yourself, but on the condition of your mind. Condition your thinking with prospering ideas and you set the Law of Attraction in motion in a very positive, prospering way. – Lovingly, Rev. John
