Watch How You Use “I Am”
Now, at the beginning of Lent is a good time to start your preparation for Easter. The Lenten season is usually a time of discipline which often included giving up something and focusing on something better.
An area of real importance and one that will invaluably benefit you is to pay attention to how you are using your “I AM.”
Your “I AM” is your handle of power. Whatever you attach your I AM to, is what you identify with, and ultimately experience. Therefore, you are wise to pay attention to what you are thinking and saying.
Too often, people will attach the wrong ideas to their I AMs, such as sick, tired, poor, sorry, unworthy, afraid, late, worried, and other such negative, harmful words. These kind of words, often carry with them negative energy that is detrimental to your health, prosperity and peace of mind.
It may seem that when you say something like “I am sick,” it is okay because you feel that way or because a person of authority may have said so. It may be a fact, but not the truth. They are not in accord with your true nature as a spiritual being.
Jesus said to not judge by appearances, and to be right in your judgment. He was stating a mighty Truth in that, appearances have no reality in and of themselves, therefore, they are not real, no matter how “real” they may seem. He meant to look beyond appearances to the reality of God, the Good, Omnipotent.
Right in the face of a seemingly negative facts (appearances), it is more beneficial to identify with and boldly declare the Truth of your being with statements such as, “I am alive and healthy now!” “I am worthy of, and I gratefully accept, the great good God has for me!” “I am always on time.” “I am strong and vitally alive!” “I am rich and abundantly supplied!” “I am understanding.” “I am fearless, confident and assured!” “I am peaceful and filled with faith and love!” “I am one with God!” “I am Life,” “I am Love!” “I am wisdom!” “I am Health!” “I am Wealth!” “I am Peace!”
Practice the above every day through the Lenten season (six weeks) and you are sure to have the happiest Easter yet. The Truth is, your whole life will be better!

Golden Keys to Answered Prayer …
The work you do in speaking your word (positive prayer) will benefit you in direct proportion to the energy you give it. Do it with feeling. A good thing about this activity is that, it is accumulative. With each speaking of a word of Truth, power is building and compounding. Remember, with every word you speak, you send a message to the Universe. It is kind of like ordering something from a merchandise supplier. You put in your order, as-it-were, by speaking I AM statements of Truth. The only difference is that these are stated positively as though it is so now. In Truth, it is. (From: *NOW Power! By Rev. John)

In the Mail …
Prayers Bring Results! – Last Christmas I asked you to pray with me for the purchase of a house for my son and daughter-in-law. I am happy to report, they purchased a lovely home in the area they wanted to live in. It only took about a month. They were able to move in a week earlier than expected. Also, a few days later, the final adoption proceedings went through for the boy they were adopting. It is truly a happy time for them, and for me. Blessings to you with my thankful tithe in support of your ministry. – M. F. in Wisconsin
