How to Contribute to Individual and World Peace
By Rev. Michelle M. Abraham
Maybe there was an event in our lives that had brought us heartache, disappointment, shame, or even guilt and we found ourselves just wanting to run and hide from everyone and everything. We get so caught up in the “What if?” or the “If I had only”, we close ourselves off from expressing and experiencing the amazing gift God has provided to us. The gift is Life!
We are children of God and all that we seek to give us comfort and peace, is already provided to us. It is up to us, to see with not only with our eyes, but also our hearts and minds. Being at peace with who we are, affords us the luxury of expressing our greatest desires, wants, and needs.
Author, Dr. Wayne Dyer said, “Having a mind that is open to everything and attached to nothing seems to me to be one of the most basic principles that you can adopt to contribute to individual and world peace.”
What I believe he is saying is, embrace what is! Look at the blessing of who and what we are and not focus our attention on our differences. Don’t look at what is wrong, rather look at what is right! Light always shines brighter than darkness and gives us the amazing gift of life!
Today, I invite all of us to embrace all the good in our lives, see the light in every situation, and celebrate the peace that is in all of us!

Peace and Prosperity
By Rev. John W. Adams
PEACE is the Golden Key to Prosperity. It is a mistaken belief that you must work hard inwardly and outwardly to prosper. Fear, worry and anxious activity only block the manifestation of good. The way of easy prosperity is through being peaceful. While it is good to speak prosperity affirmations and there is usually a certain amount of outward activity in demonstrating prosperity, this not the true way of demonstrating abundance.
The true way is to be still and be at peace and allow the Universe to fill your consciousness with its abundance. Then allow that abundance to flow out through you.
Feed your subconscious with prosperity ideas such as:
- “God is my instant, constant and abundant Source of supply.”
- “I am one with the abundance of God.”
- “God constantly blesses me richly and abundantly.”
This is not to convince God to prosper you. Speak your word in faith, believing, and be at peace. Feel God’s prospering energy moving in and through you. It’s called Love! God is Love and His main purpose is to lovingly and abundantly provide for you in every wonderful way. He does this best and easiest through your peaceful heart!
A young man diligently tried to prosper. He affirmed lots of affirmations, but it was when he learned through meditation to be still, tune in, and let God prosper him that abundance began to flow big time for him.
The same is true for you. Peace is your Golden Key to prosperity!

Prayers Bring Abundance! – God bless all of you who have been praying with me. When I first contacted you, I had no job and hundreds of dollars in unpaid bills. I am happy to report that all the bills have been paid. A lady, for whom I had done some things several months ago, sent a check and an extra $150.00 in appreciation. I am now working for a good company with excellent benefits and a great bonus plan. My health is much improved, too. Needless to say, I am very happy and thankful! Prayer surely does bring abundance. I am sending you my grateful tithe. – W. R. – California
