What Does Having a Joyful Life with Great Health Mean?
There is something to be said about the way we perceive having a happy healthy life. We may ask ourselves, “What does having a joyful life with great health mean to us and how are we receiving it?” I believe it is important for us to stay open-hearted and embrace the health and love that is us!
Everything we are wanting, needing, and desiring is already provided to us. It is up to us to be willing to let go of HOW we should receive it and enjoy the gifts that are already in us. We may need to get out of our own way to enjoy the pleasures life is offering us. If we are affirming better health, we can ask ourselves, “What are we willing to do to embrace a healthier life?” For me, I am open to walking more, eating food that supports a healthier life, exercising to build my muscles that strengthen my body and continue to pray and meditate on a daily basis. What are you willing to be open to do?
Having a steady connection to God through the Christ Presence in us is key to enjoying the life we seek. It is through prayer and meditation we find a powerful way to relax, let go, and be open to receive the Truth of who we are. We can take our questions or concerns into prayer and listen. When we hear and/or feel what is ours to do, we are now claiming our healthy happy lives.
Remember to use “The Golden Key” for any thoughts that keep us from being the magnificent children of God that we are!
Your eye is the lamp of your body. If your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light; but if it is not healthy, your body is full of darkness. – Luke 11:34

Abundance Is !
Jesus, speaking from the Christ in Him, said that He came to teach us about the Life more abundant. He said nothing about believing in or living in lack.
I grew up during the so-called great depression and my early religious training didn’t help. I learned first-hand about lack. It wasn’t until Unity came along that I was enlightened about abundance, and have persevered in learning, living, and teaching the more abundant life which Jesus taught and said that we are all here to learn and live.
Here is a great affirmation I love and live by. Use it often and it will help you to learn and live more abundantly, too.
Thank You, God, for the abundance that is mine today.
Speak this affirmation instead of worrying about any seeming lack. When you are continually grateful for abundance, you have a grand feeling and realization of always being abundantly provided for. Live it and you will love it!

All that the Father has is mine. – John 16:15
Prosperity Prayer
As a worthy child of God, I am always richly and abundantly prospered in every wonderful way.

Let go of restrictions! Thank you for your warm and personable letter. I am learning daily that God is indeed on my side and I only have to let go and let God have His perfect way within myself and in my life. Through this I have let go of restrictions that I had placed on myself. My, how we do try to confine ourselves to self-imposed limitations! But I do not do that anymore. It is great to be free! I am so grateful for your help. Kindly keep praying with me. My thankful tithe is enclosed. –California
