Get Ready for the Health Season
Recently, I received a phone recording from an insurance company reminding me that the flu season was coming and to get my flu shot. When I heard what it was about, I quickly hung up the phone! What comes to us is what we expect and prepare for.
Years ago, when I didn’t know better and would get a flu shot, the result was very uncomfortable until it wore off. When I learned to identify with divine health and wholeness, I accepted that God in me is perfect life. I realized that a flu shot was not necessary. Thankfully, I enjoy excellent health all the time.
Of course, being a vegetarian, eating wholesome food, and daily focusing on Truth ideas such as Unity teaches, has everything to do with my body condition. This is true for you, too.
You are wise to accept that you are not your body. You are a spiritual being living in a convenient vehicle for getting around on Mother Earth. Spirit is the perfection of God, and is never sick. The golden key is in accepting that as Spirit, you can never be sick. You are the perfection of God constantly alive with the perfect life of God.
So, instead of thinking this is “that” season, prepare for the “HEALTH” season. Do this by accepting yourself as a spiritual being alive with the perfect life of God. Eat healthy and think healthy. Declare: As a spiritual being, I am alive with the Life of God, and I am whole and well now and always. Lovingly, Rev. John

Declare, focus on, and accept these Truths.
DAY 1 – Spirit substance, from which comes all visible wealth is never depleted. It is constantly flowing in and through me to make life complete.
DAY 2 – I deserve the highest and the best and I attract the highest and the best.
DAY 3 – Infinite Wisdom guides me, Divine Love prospers me, and I am successful in all that I undertake.

As you speak the above prosperity decrees, refrain from all negative, lack thinking and speaking. Keep focused on the prospering Truth. Give more time to quiet meditation in which you practice the Presence of God as your always-providing source. Your prosperity will increase accordingly.
