Do Not judge by Appearances
Divine Allowing
Regardless of appearances or of some beliefs, your body’s natural state is one of radiant health. Illness is not natural and can always be reversed. There is no so-called illness that is incurable. When someone is “diagnosed” as having an incurable condition, that is only an appearance. Jesus said, “Do not judge by the appearance, but be right in your judgment.” He was saying in-effect, beyond what we may see with our physical eyes, is the perfection of God.
So how do we heal our bodies and keep them well? It is the simple process of allowing. By this I mean to refuse to give power to any seemingly negative appearance, to believe we must do drastic things to restore our bodies to health and wholeness, and to relax and be at peace in the realization that God, the Universe, is our reality as the one presence, power and activity. God is absolute, infinite, omnipresent good, perfect love, and is wholly present within you and all people all the time.
Try this simple exercise.
Close your physical eyes for a few moments and slowly take two or three deep breaths. Without trying to make anything happen, gently allow the feeling of the joy of God, divine love, to just be there. How would you feel if a doctor told you there was no trace of what had been there and that you are now completely healed? Allow yourself to feel that feeling together with a deepening sense of gratitude and peace. Do this for just a few minutes. Repeat this exercise a few times during the day and just before you go to sleep at night.
There is no reality in appearance of dis-ease. The only reality is the perfect Presence that is God. In this realization, you may allow yourself to relax and be at peace.
Even if you do not have a healing need, do the above. The more you do, the healthier you will be. Allow yourself to feel the joy of God’s perfect Presence in you, as you. – Lovingly, Rev. John

Peace and Prosperity
As with Health & Healing, the same principles apply. Oftentimes, when someone receives the news that they have been terminated from their job, or downsized, they press the “panic button.” They think of all kinds of scenarios in which they will suffer possible financial ruin. This, of course, is not the best reaction as understandable as it may seem.
If I say to meet such experiences with calmness and peace of mind, you might say. “You’ve got to be kidding.” “You don’t understand what this means for me.” The truth is, allowing oneself to slip into the panic mode is never helpful. In fact, it delays moving into better employment.
God, the Universe, always has something better in store for us. The Universe is constantly responding to our every thought and feeling. It does so best through the peaceful mind, one that is securely centered in the presence of God, infinite love, wisdom, peace rather than in fear, worry, or anger.
The best approach to any situation such as this is to accept it with calmness and peace of mind, not just stoically, but in the realization that a closed door means there is a bigger and better door open to you. Jesus said to be at peace and great good will come to you. He knew what He was saying.
The exercise in the above article applies to prosperity, too. Be still. With your consciousness centered in Divine Love and Peace, allow the feeling of the joy of God now providing richly and abundantly for you, be present within you. God in you is the presence of infinite possibilities. The quicker a person can get beyond upsets, the easier it is for God’s infinite possibilities to open something better for you.
