A young lady, who speaks professionally for a living, doing lectures and seminars, went to a distant city expecting her contact people there to have done their work. Arriving several days before her scheduled activities, she found that little had been done. She had to get busy on the radio and TV promoting her programs.
She had to make more contacts and do much of the work herself. Had she not been a practicing Truth student, it would have been a very disconcerting experience for her, but she accepted the challenge of relying more upon God to guide her, take care of the details and bring an audience.
When thoughts of possible failure tried to enter her mind, she would drive them out with words of faith such as these: “The Wisdom, Love, and Power of God are in absolute control of my life, and creating perfect results here and now!”
After doing all she could in preparation for her lectures and seminar, she took a couple days off and went into the mountains where she stayed in a log cabin. Enjoying the vast beauty and majesty of the mountains, she had time for meditation and inner preparation. Also, for making some definite positive declarations such as the one above, which she told me she uses often with wonderful results. Another positive declaration she made is: “I am doing whatever it takes to manifest the total success that I AM.”
And, only three times daily, she declares: “The Divine Plan for my life now manifests quickly and peacefully.”
When doubts tried to enter her mind, regarding her lectures and seminar, she would bring herself back to the positive by re-affirming her positive declarations and by asserting her dominion over the situation.
Earlier, she had determined her financial goal for this particular trip. Many people, after setting goals, later begin to doubt their worthiness, especially if they have set their income goals higher than before. She, too, was challenged by doubts, but she would boldly declare several times: “I am Worth it!”
Rested and eager, she returned to that city and carried out her plan for success in being of real help to many people. She did her part. Everything turned out very successfully and she realized more than the financial goal she had set earlier. She even sold out of books and albums. One of the main reasons this lady is so successful and prosperous is that she is a faithful tither. She keeps this sacred prosperity law, because she knows from her personal experience that it works.
Divinely guided, do what is needed and you will be successful. – Lovingly, Rev. John

When we get our false beliefs out of the way of God’s intention for us, health, abundance, peace, and harmony can flow through all that we are and through all our affairs. Standing fast in Truth is the solution to problems everywhere in the world. – Nora Boyd
Trials are but lessons you failed to learn – presented once again. So you made a faulty choice before, you now can make a better one.
You can get rid of any difficulty whatever from your life as soon as you love God more than you love error. – Emmet Fox
The mind must conceive before the Creative Energy can produce; we must supply the avenue through which It can work. It is ready and willing. Its nature is to spring into being through our thoughts and actions. – Ernest Holmes
A Little Humor. . .
A fourth-grade teacher was giving her pupils a lesson in logic. “Here is the situation,” she said. “A man is standing up in a boat in the middle of a river, fishing. He loses his balance, falls in, and begins splashing and yelling for help. His wife hears the commotion, knows he can’t swim, and runs down to the bank. Why do you think she ran to the bank?” A girl raised her hand and asked, “To draw out all of his savings?” – H. B. McClung
While my wife was out of town, a new neighbor borrowed a pie pan. It was returned a few days later, filled with an apple pie. When my wife asked where the pie came from, I told her it was baked by our neighbors, who said they never return something without filling it up. “You should let them borrow our checkbook,” she replied. – Eric E. Prayers bring healing! – I called you to ask for prayer for my husband. The doctor said he might need an operation and wanted him to come back in four days for further tests. After the tests, the doctor said all was well; that some how my husband was completely healed. He didn’t know, but I do! Thank you for knowing the Truth with me and holding my husband in the Light of God-Perfection. – N. C. in Arizona
