Lesson Four
Emmet Fox wrote: “You can get all the money you want for any wise purpose through prayer. There is no need for anyone who knows how to pray to be in money difficulties. But you must pray.”
The first thing that is needed is to be totally convinced that it is God’s will for you to have all you need, and more. Do not doubt whatsoever. If you have even small doubts, you make it difficult for the financial supply you desire to manifest for it all comes through your consciousness. The idea is to focus completely on the Source, so when you doubt, you aren’t really focused.
In order for appearances of financial lack to go away, you must stop thinking of that and place your whole faith in God within you to provide for you. Believe that God is wholly able to give you even more than what you need.
Of course, it is wise to not focus on needs. If you do that, your vision is on lack, hardship, and what you don’t seem to have. Focus on God. Give more time to quiet prayer and meditation in which you commune with God within and let your mind be filled with rich Universal Substance. This is nothing less than Love and Love fulfills the desires of your heart. It just can’t do otherwise. Your part is to connect with and gratefully accept God’s loving, rich abundance for you.
Do not tell God what you need. He already knows that what you really need is a consciousness filled with His Holy Presence of rich all-providing Substance. Believe this is so and lovingly, gratefully claim and accept all the rich good God has for you. Pass this good news on to other people and help spread the prospering Truth all over our Planet. – Lovingly, Rev. John
