Get Rid of the 3 Bad “C’s”— Focus on the 3 Good “A’s”
A happy Easter and true Positive Living requires the elimination of the three “Cs” and replacing them with the three positive “As.” What are these? The 3 “Cs” are: Criticism, Complaining, and Condemnation.
One time, a man came to me with health problems and also financial and human relationship problems. His life was anything but happy. He said he would like to see a change in his life but didn’t know what was wrong. Listening to him, I soon realized that he had at least a few people who he didn’t like and had all kinds of bad things to say about them. He criticized and complained about a lot of things.
I explained to him that when we judge others critically, it is not about them, but about ourselves. It is more of how we see ourselves than how we see others. The harmful words we speak about others, actually do more harm to us.
They destroy our peace of mind and cause toxic conditions in our bodies, as well as negatively affect our finances.
I told him that if he really wanted to improve his life, he must completely refrain from complaining and criticizing others and to cease all condemnation. This was to be done in the realization that he was really talking about himself, if he continued.
I suggested to this man that he do a 30 day exercise that would change his life. He was to replace Criticism, Complaining, and Condemnation with Acceptance, Approval, and Appreciation. In other words, to look for the good in those he had judged wrongly. At first he protested, but soon accepted his new work and promised to do his best. To his amazement, some of those people warmed up to him and he actually found them rather pleasant to be with. The rest moved easily and harmoniously out of his life.
The result of his new attitude was, improved health, prosperity and human relationships. He was happier and peaceful, too.
For a happy Easter and life, do this for 30 days: Totally refrain from all Criticism, Complaining, and Condemnation . (Watch out for these rather sneaky subtle little feelings!) Replace those with Acceptance, Approval, and Appreciation. This action is nothing less than love at work, and love always brings the best results.
Lovingly, Rev. John

Golden Keys to Answered Prayers …
The Unity way of prayer is to go within, having shut the door of your mind and commune with God in the stillness of your heart. This means to not take negatives such as fears, doubts, worries, or anger into prayer with you. Especially if you are very concerned about something, take a few moments to release them from your thoughts and feelings. Do not try to commune with God while entertaining doubts and fears. Be still and open yourself to God’s infinite love for you. Allow His love to flow in and through your whole being until you feel His peace. Dwell in that peace for a while and it will reveal to you that God really is in charge, therefore, all is well.

Prayer Brings Healing! – I called and asked you for prayer for my husband. The doctor said he might need an operation and wanted him to come back in four days for further tests. After the tests, the doctor said that all was well and no operation was necessary. Praise God, and thank you for praying and knowing the Truth with us. I am grateful for you and your wonderful words of encouragement. My thankful love offering is enclosed. – P. G. in Arizona
